Your responsibilities as a Spa Therapist will include:- Provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service to our guests.- Greeting the Spa guests- Answering any queries they have on the treatments and the hotel- Processing payments- Ensuring the guest has an enjoyable stay with us- You will be expected to have an overview of all treatments that we offer and able to execute them to a high standard, as well as cover the Spa Reception when needed.We are looking for The ideal Spa Therapist will:- Demonstrate a good understanding of the Spa and beauty treatments- Have experience in delivering high standard beauty treatments- Have previous Spa Therapist experience- Have a passion for the hospitality and spa industry- Be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends- Have NVQ 3 or equivalent in all aspects of the role- Previous work experience (6 months or more) as a Spa Therapist- Have excellent customer service skills and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations- Be able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure- Be able to differentiate between different guest types and in-house guests- Be Able to demonstrate experience in complaint handling- Deliver excellent guest service every day- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!We offer Our people mean the world to us, and we only recruit the best.
