Spa and Massage and Boutique Spa are recruiting an experienced receptionist to join our front of house team. The ideal candidate will have remarkable customer service skills and be able to create a positive, welcoming impression of our award winning spas, both face to face and via the telephone.
The role requires you to have excellent telephone manner, be skilled in multitasking and be able to efficiently book and promote all treatments, take payments, book and sell beauty treatments and products, deal with queries.
Previous experience in working in a fast-paced customer service environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, work politely and professionally in all situations is a must.
