Spa Manager - Luxury Venue London Would consider an Assistant Spa Manager or Senior Therapist stepping up.SCOPE- Oversee the Health Club and Spa daily operations- Ensure operating and brand standards are followed at all time- Ensure the team is motivated and with a professional attitude.- Ensure all Health and Safety, Fire Safety and other regulations requirements are met at all time- Training and developing of the Therapists.- Motivate the team in achieving spa targets- Be responsible for the stock control of the Spa products- Ensure customer journey is always exceeded by monitoring comments and feedbacks- Maximize sales- Work closely with the Senior Management and General Manager Kindly note that our ideal candidate will have therapist background in order to train therapist or support the spa operations when necessary. experience AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED- At least 1 year experience in a Head Therapist Position or Senior Therapist or Managerial role within a Spa environment.- HND/HNC/NVQ 3 or CIDESCO or CIBTAC Certificate or similarPREFERRED PERSONAL TRAITS AND SKILLS- Must have the ability to demonstrate good listening skills.- Should be polite, understanding, patient, tactful and punctual, with a neat and tidy appearance and a high standard of personal hygiene.- Computer literate Interested in this great challenge?
