As a therapist:
• your priority is to offer memorable experiences to guests
• be knowledgeable of treatments in massage, body, facials, nails, shellac and waxing as well as recommending aftercare to guests
• be friendly, warm and professional to build loyalty and entice guests to wanting to come back here for that experience with You
• reception cover
• working cohesively as part of a team in order to obtain a smooth running of the spa
