English family living in beautiful 16th century farmhouse year hour west of Beziers. Stunning mountain rental yet just 10 minutes to a good size town with all amenities. Large family home and 3-5 additional gites (self contained holiday home) I need help with cleaning, as well as the home hand.
You should be Experienced in hotel / vacation rental cleaning and eye for detail essential. Your duties will be hand cleaning the cottages after-guests leave, some gardening, opening and closing the pool, house sitting etc (general home help).
This job will appeal to lovers nature and those enjoy the outdoors (hiking, cycling, beaches, lakes etc). You'd live in a self contained cottage with your own kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom etc as well as TV and wifi. You should be friendly and reliable to get on with guests of different ages and from different parts of the world. Some work will be greeting guests, dealing with problems, house sitting and so on. If you can speak some French is ideal.
The house is in a stunning setting with some animals, heated pool which you're welcome to use, extensive gardens and terrace.
This position is for one person and not couples. I need someone to start as soon as possible and the position is for July and August. Ideally suited to an enthusiastic University student looking for an interesting summer experience (although all candidates considered).
