Sous Pastry Chef – Famous London Restaurant – up to £36,000
Our client is a famous London Restaurant which requires Sous Pastry Chef with the talent and ability to join its team of highly experienced pastry chefs. The package which is being offered for the successful candidate is £36,000. This role requires assisting the Head Pastry Chef with the overseeing of desserts and pastries in the luxury kitchen. The role will involve desserts and pastries for the breakfast, lunch and dinner services, as well as afternoon tea.
The restaurant is brasserie style and is part of a leading London restaurant group, known for the training and development it offers to staff.
The ideal candidate will have:
·experience in a similar high volume restaurant environment.
·A passion for working and cooking with the finest ingredients.
·A desire to progress in a career as a Pastry Chef in a leading London Restaurant.
·Confidence when working under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
·Good communications skills and a good level of spoken English.
·Eligibility to work in the UK.
