We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. Position is Full Time and Permanent.
The Warwick is a Gastro Pub in Pimlico, 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station. We serve modern British/European food.
A successful candidate must:
- have at least 2 years experience working at this level in the UK
- have good knowledge of British/European food
- have good leadership skills and the ability to run the kitchen to the required standard
- be able to come up with daily specials using seasonal produce
- contribute to menu development
We are open 7 days a week, so the shift pattern will be flexible with 2 days off.
