About you!
Are you an organised individual with a true passion for great, fresh food? Do you have a strong work ethic and great food knowledge? Knowledge of H and S and HACCP? Are you able to communicate clearly in English?

We are searching for brave and brilliant Sous-Chefs to work in successful, fun, sites in South London.
About the role!
You will support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring a clean and legally compliant kitchen is maintained, whilst producing quality food and controlling margins.
With the Head Chef you will create an excellent working environment where the focus is on constantly developing yourself and your team. You will help create seasonal menu items from the best ingredients (no additives or preservatives in our kitchens!).
Key responsibilities:
Maximising dry sales by ensuring only the best food leaves your kitchen at all times
Comply with our food standards and guidelines.
compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
Assisting the Head Chef with the training in of the new menu to your team
Supplier ordering and maintaining correct stock levels
Average 48 – 52 hours a week
Various locations within South West and East London
