A fantastic opportunity for two Sous Chef to be part of a start up 100cover restaurant, based in the extremely popular Marlybone High Street area. OPSO is a highly anticipated restaurant, offering a new all day dinning experience. Serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, with an estimated 300 covers per day.
We are looking to recruit two talented and enthusiastic Sous Chefs as part of the core team to assist the Head Chef in all management duties, contributing to the menu, staff training and development, health and safety, adhering to costings, and General Practitioner targets. This is great opportunity for Sous Chefs wishing to progress and learn along our highly awarded head chef. There are many opportunities for career progression within the company.
Cleanliness, consistency and respect are to be maintained at all time in the kitchen. Sous Chefs are to ensure that food quality, presentation and taste is delivered in every single dish that is served.
About the Role
-Supporting the Head Chef you will be part of the kitchen management team ensuring each and every food order is executed perfectly across all stations.
-You will feel confident on working on all stations
-You will be responsible for performance managing the team ensuring timings, production, product quality and cleaning standards are achieved
-Fully committed and willing to put in the hours required
-Covering for and running the kitchen pass on the Head Chef’s day off.
