This role would suit a Senior CDP looking to step up or a seasoned Sous bored of the 'big company' grind and looking for a unique and more interesting work life. At least 2 years of experience is required.
The Job:
*Support our Head Chef in developing and maintaining the highest levels of service
*Maintain all the legal health, hygiene and safety standards
*Contribute to product development and menu planning
*Inspire, motivate, train and develop an ever growing team of Chefs
*Flexible
*Be involved in every aspect of managing the kitchens on a day to day basis

We currently have a great team of passionate Chef's who take pride in the food they send, so you'll need to be hands on and lead from the front to fit into the dynamic. It's not unusual to see our Head Chef roll up his sleeves and start washing dishes during a busy service so you'll need that same can-do attitude to be a huge success here.
