Fast paced quality driven wine bar/restaurant is seeking a hard-working and talented Sous chef to join the team. 60-cover restaurant, mezzanine lounge, 30 cover terrace, Robata grill, slow food, handmade pasta, all fresh, made in house. The wine bar is a showcase of handpicked artisan wines from around the world
The Head Chef is one of the rising stars on the London food scene, menus are innovative, standards are high.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and quality driven hands on professional Sous Chef, not afraid of hard work with the experience and skill base to lead the team when left in charge.
Open evenings only during the week + Brunch at weekends
7 shifts over 5 days
Salary: £29,000 to £32,000 relevant to experience
