My client is looking for a super strong Sous Chef, with potential to become the Head chef in a year to take over the brigade of 10. A refurbishment is planned and wishes the position filled in readiness for this. We are looking for someone with a passion for Veg, to make the menu Veg centric, but will still have plenty of meat and fish on the menu too. Sustainable, organic, small producer and rare breed meats. The company will be employee owned next year (senior chefs will become shareholders.
