Tacos + Tequila is a fun and fast paced Mexican restaurant in the heart of Tooting. Our menu is inspired by Mexico's varied flavours, utilising only top British producers and authentic Mexican ingredients.
We are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef to join the team to be trained to Head chef position in a busy market environment. .
Employees are trained to the highest level; by Michelin trained chefs and this is a chance for you to work in a friendly and creative environment and to bring energy and passion to a growing restaurant.
The ideal candidate must have a strong cooking background and technical ability, most importantly must be able to work with natural flare and be truly passionate about food. Involvement in food development, team management and keeping the highest standards of food and food hygiene are key parts of this position.
