Full-time Sous Chef position at local pub in South London - previous experience in similar role essential.

The Knowles of Norwood is a really great pub providing freshly cooked British food and great drinks to the community around West Norwood and Tulse Hill. We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
You will work:
- Around 40-48 hrs/week - this will be 5 days, generally 2pm - 10.30pm on weekdays and from 10am at weekends
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Managing food purchasing and storage
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
- Helping create new recipes and write menus
- Preparing great quality food for our customers
- Maintaining procedures that ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation
A good grasp of English is essential for this role.
