WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING A FULL TIME SOUS CHEF WHO HAS A PASSION FOR FRESH PASTA AND ITALIAN CUISINE
Emilia's Crafted Pasta is one of London's most talked about fresh pasta restaurants, having had numerous fantastic reviews by Metro, Time Out and many other well-known publications.
We are located in the heart of St Katharine Docks (one of the most beautiful areas in London), which is 2 minutes walk from the Tower of London and 5 minutes walk from Tower Hill Station and are also in the top 300 restaurants in London on Trip Advisor.
The ideal candidate will have proven cooking and management experience, with a great knowledge and passion for Italian food. We are looking for either an experienced CDP looking to step up to a sous chef position or an already experienced sous chef.
