Experienced sous chef required for newly refurbished craft beer pub in Kensington. Pubs of Distinction is a new up and coming, expanding craft beer company offering a large selection of craft Beers alongside a trendy, modern beer snack food menu. The role includes running the kitchen on the head chef’s days off, keeping all paperwork up to date, ordering supplies and keeping a high level of hygiene and a great standard of food quality and presentation at all times. The right candidate must have at least 2 years experience in similar role. If you feel you are up for a new challenge and you have a great passion for food and to push forward, this could be the role to suit you. Applicants will be expected to have a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, and be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK.
