Sous Chef for Seasonal British Restaurant in Balham

We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef for our 50 cover British seasonal restaurant in Balham, South West London.
We can offer flexible working, but you must be available for Saturdays and Sundays.
Ever since we opened in 2002 we have received Rave reviews online and in the press. We are Michelin rated, have the highest rating in Harden’s 2022 and in Time Out we have 5 stars.
We pay particular attention to sustainability and seasonal eating.
Working with a small team you will be expected to do all sections and will take a hand in all the food produced at this small independent restaurant.
We are looking for someone to join our team and help us keep up the good work!
