Sous Chef
Salary: Up to £28,000 plus tips
Hours: 45 per week
Location: Temple, City of London

experience required: At least 1 year as a Sous Chef.

In the heart of the City, Daly’s and Temple Brew House are two extremely busy sites that share the same kitchen which is run as one entity under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef, who has not only established himself in this business but in the industry on a whole.
This unique opportunity will allow you to create a wide range of food and to be able to share ideas and to have input into the menu.
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef that is ready for a new challenge and wants an opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

About you:
An enthusiastic and dynamic Sous Chef that is ready for a new challenge.
Have previous experience of working with fresh ingredients.
experience of working in a professional kitchen and able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Health and Safety.
experience with stock and General Practitioner control.
Good communication skills.
A team player who is willing to work hard and help motivate your team to get the best results from them at all times.
Someone with a background of dealing with high volume and preparing fresh ingredients.
