We are looking for a sous chef with experience in an Italian kitchen for our well established modern Italian restaurant. Please do not apply if you do not have at least 6 months of experience as a sous chef and Italian cuisine.
Our restaurant is situated just minutes from Victoria station and Pimlico station, offering quality and style, a mix of modern and traditional dishes with a friendly and attentive service.
The ideal Sous Chef should have:
Current / previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef and the running a section in a busy kitchen.
Communication skills
Willingness to work and be supportive
Supervise a section of the kitchen
Ability to work under pressure
