Fish Restaurant in Borough Market is looking for a Sous Chef ideally you be classically trained with a proven and progressive cv.
We wish to recruit a talented and strong sous Chef
You will need to be of a calm disposition combined with the ability to work and communicate under pressure in this busy and friendly environment. Previous experience working in a similar high end, fast pace kitchen environment will be an advantage.
Qualities required are:
Passion and desire to deliver food of the highest standards
Be able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team
Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of that team
Have a knowledge of food hygiene with the ability share it.
