My client is looking for a highly creative specialist Sous Chef for one of the top events companies in London. An exciting position to work with a very innovative team where staff retention is very high. As well as being extremely organised, we need strong communication skills as much of the role will be client facing whilst presenting to clients. The person successful will need to demonstrate leadership as they will have their own team, be very flexible with hours, although much is Monday to Friday there may be weekends and evenings which is paid at an overtime rate.
