The Case is Altered (Part of Mosaic Pub and Dining ) is currently looking for a Sous Chef to join their team
the case is a very busy gastro pub situated in the heart of eastcote. We are well established in the local community and pride ourselves on our amazing food we serve, from our burgers to our exceptional Sunday roasts.
We offer a competitive salary. You will be expected to work 45 - 50 hours a week, receive 28 days holiday a year (inclusive of public holidays).
You will work alongside our Head chef and GM of the pub and be involved in all aspects of the business from prep to completion, so an outgoing personality and good communication skills are essential.
You will also be involved in updating menus and designing new dishes, so experience in this is also highly desired.
You will be leading a team in the head chefs absence so need to lead by example to insure that the highest possible levels of service and standards are upheld at all times. Your role will also involve helping to managing the General Practitioner of the kitchen, so pricing and portion control experience is a must.
Experienced and hardworking, you will be a professionally minded, highly motivated and reliable individual, who thrives on responsibility and works well under intense pressure.
Preferably you will currently be working as a jr Sous or a senior CDP looking to take the next step.
