Jones and Sons is a 190 cover restaurant with private function room and an outside courtyard in Dalston that serves Modern British/European Cuisine and is open 7 days a week.
We are looking for a Sous / Junior Sous to join the team to assist the head chef in all aspects of running the kitchen.
Candidates ideally will have 2 years in a similar role, level 2 Hygiene certificate and have to confidence and ability to run the kitchen along with the Existing Sous Chefs in the Head Chefs absence.
Rates of pay are very competitive and depend on experience.
