Sous Chef at Fish Restaurant London Shell Co

This is an opportunity to do something very different and exciting. London Shell Co. Are looking for an experienced, creative and positive chef to join our small team.
Who we are:
We opened our first permanent site in Paddington Central last December and received strong reviews in the Guardian, Telegraph and Evening Standard. London Shell Co. Operates from a Wide Beam Canal Boat offering canal-side lunches, cruising dinners and private functions. We use only the best ingredients available and the freshest fish available. Most of our wet fish is couriered over night from Cornwall and served to our customers that day. This job is very much what you make of it and we are looking for someone with ambition, enthusiasm and a passion for fantastic seafood.
The Job:
We are looking for a bright Chef with seafood experience to work directly with our Head Chef, Stuart Kilpatrick. We will be serving a simple menu of fantastic British Seafood and seasonal ingredients. In addition to fish we will be offering Game Night Tuesdays, cruising dinners serving four courses of fantastic British Game.
What we are looking for:
An enthusiastic open individual that doesn't mind working in unusual conditions. Those without sea legs need not apply. Please only respond if you are up for a something new, working directly with the owners and have bright ideas. The right candidate should be comfortable working in a small team, placing orders, assembling prep lists and thinking in their feet.

Pay:
