We need a talented Sous Chef for The Althorp on Wandsworth Common. We're offering a competitive salary plus a share of service charge.
Our menu changes from month to month and we only use fresh and seasonal produce.
We are looking for a someone with experience of serving fresh food, creating new dishes and cooking consistently to spec, maintaining hygiene standards and mindfully managing the General Practitioner. You would be running the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
There are approximately 40-50 hours per week for the right candidate plus training, development and promotion opportunities in a thriving and expanding company.
