The right candidate will:
- have previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous-Chef
- be passionate about modern British cuisine
- be able to cook from fresh ingredients
- have a friendly attitude
- be a good communicator
- work well within a team as well as independently
- be able to work 45 hours per week
- be able to work evenings and weekends
- be able to work 5 shifts per 7 day rotas
- live locally because of shift pattern
