Sous Chef and Kitchen Assistants

Sous chef to join busy gastro pub in tooting bec (next to tube station), adding to a great motivated team.
Must have 4 years experience in a cooking role, using fresh seasonal produce within a busy environment. We are part of a small group of 13 pubs so progression is promising for the right person.
Good salary, plus service.
Kitchen Porters to join our well established team. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy food preparation.
- You'll be responsible for kitchen sanitation, dish washing activities, kitchen equipment storage and cleaning - always maintaining the highest standards in health and safety.
-preparing food and creating desserts.
- You must understand the importance of food hygiene.
- Be able to work well as part of the team.
- You must thrive in a busy restaurant atmosphere.
- Fully eligible to work in the UK.
- Be local or within a practicable travelling distance
You will receive:
- Pay you an hourly rate plus service
- A discount at all the pubs in our small but growing group.
- Up to 28 days paid holiday
