Full Time Sous Chef and Chefs de Partie needed for lovely pubs in Peckham Rye. The Montpelier and the White Horse are part of Parched London, a small family of independent pubs around South London, both sites offer great food and drink, a friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service.
What we can offer-
- The ability to work with fresh food daily and put your stamp on things.
- Up to £11 per hour (plus benefits/tips)
- Innovative and seasonal menu. High quality throughout with a distinctly British flavour.
- 40 Hours per week on average.
What we are looking for-
- A genuine passion for British seasonal produce and an understanding of current London food trends.
-experience in a similar environment/experience in cooking high quality British cuisine at a Chef de Partie level or above.
- The ability to run the pass on quieter shifts.
- Exceptional eye for detail/very high standards.
- Good understanding of food safety/health and safety procedures.
