We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sous Chef to head up the brigade in Temper. Working side by side with the head chef you will be directly responsible for a team of 20 chefs. Menu development, standards and staff recruitment are all key areas you will be focusing on.
Temper is an open kitchen environment allowing both chefs and customers to interact with each other in a unique dining experience. The concept is the brain child of celebrated BBQ chef Neil Rankin. Positioned in the heart of Soho we focus on South American inspired BBQ. We source our meat from the best farmers in the UK, buying whole animals and butchering them in house.
The right applicant will need to be able to work seamlessly under pressure in a high-volume capacity and have a meticulous approach to details.
