Sous Chef - Busy 2AA Restaurant - 35,000WHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Sous Chef Establishment: Two AA Contemporary Restaurant inside a 5* Hotel Average Covers: 80 lunch and 200 + for dinner Cuisine: modern British Brigade: 35 + within main kitchen and pastry Location: Central London (District or Circle Line)Salary: 35,000k per annum Shifts: 7 shifts per week Last orders: 11.00pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A competent Sous Chef to assist in the daily running of the restaurant.* Someone who is experienced in: planning menus, recruitment and disciplinary issues.* A chef that is well organised and can work well within a large team.* Someone who has worked in a professional kitchen for at least seven years.* A chef that is used to large volume.* Someone with a proven track record working within similar establishments.* Previous experience cooking British is essential.
