The White Horse is a busy bar and restaurant serving fresh, home cooked food daily.
Ideal candidate

* Confidence and level headed approach to work.
* Ability to take control of the kitchen and manage service when needed.
* Be able to train and develop more junior team.
* experience working with fresh ingredients cooking from scratch.
* At least two years' experience as a Sous Chef.
