Sous Chef: £27K ~ £30K depending on experience (based on 49 hours/ 7 shifts a week)

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a bright, creative and enthusiastic Sous chef to help run the kitchen team at Chelsea Arts Club, in Chelsea.
We only use the best seasonal ingredients, and menus change regularly to reflect that. The head Chef has an impeccable Michelin Star background, making this is an opportunity to learn new skills and techniques in a creative and supportive environment which is extremely busy and strikingly successful, but which prides itself on its family atmosphere.
There is a genuine work/ life balance for all staff, and the kitchen has recently undergone complete refurbishment.
You will be expected to have experience running sections and/ or the whole kitchen, be willing to develop, be focused and show control, but above all, you will cook by example! Ideally you will have experience of working in a kitchen with AA Rosettes (or similar) at a snr level.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and must have a perfect command of English.
