SOUS CHEF - SEAFOOD FOCUSED EUROPEAN BRASSERIE - LONDON GBP35K7 shifts per week and up to GBP35,000Our client is seeking a reliable, hard working sous chef for their well known central London restaurant with a menu that is rooted in classical European cooking with modern touches and a focus on seafoodAs sous chef you will be proven at this level for at least 2 years and ideally experience with cooking seafood. Volume experience at AA Rosette standards would also be desirable You will help lead a busy kitchen with 15 chefs and porters and be creative with daily set specials, and assist in controlling all food purchasing and costings.
