Soul Food Enterprises is looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to join our expanding team.
Primarily the responsibilities will be processing invoices in xero, data entry, and making bank deposits, but will extend in assisting with cash flow statements, forecasting and beyond.
Duties include:

Enter and code financial transactions appropriately.
Process payments as well as documents like invoices.
Reconcile invoices received with departmental billings.
Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold.
Make and track payments
Make bank deposits and keep up records
Track inta company transactions between sites.
Validate invoices against items or services received.
Check all financial transactions for accuracy.
Key data into company accounting system
Monthly management accounts - 5 sites
Bank reconciliation on xero

Skills and experience required:

Have basic knowledge on producing profit and loss accounts.
Key understanding of basic payroll taxes
AAT level 4 desired
Ability to prioritise important tasks
Flexible and able to work well under pressure.
Be efficient as work volume is high
