We are recruiting for full and part time bartenders to join our team.

Sophie’s offers fantastic development potential – many of our senior team worked from entry level up, and we actively encourage applications from those looking to progress.

experience is helpful, but all we really need is bags of passion, enthusiasm and willingness to learn … we can take care of the rest.

We offer great pay for great people. You have the potential to earn from £10-15 per hour after successful completion of your training period, depending on the role and level of business. You will have access to our TRONC scheme, which we believe is one of the fairest in the industry, rewarding development and hard work.

We require team members with permission to work in the UK by the start of their employment.
