Looking for a wine expert and sommelier to join GUNPOWDER and Madame D team
We are looking for a wine expert / sommelier to join our team and work in a professional and dynamic environment.
GUNPOWDER started over a year ago as an exciting young Indian restaurant that has been appreciated by guests and critics alike. It has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand 2022.
Madame D is our interpretation of Himalayan food and is opening MAY 2022 in Spitalfields. It consists of a pub with a dining den for early evening and late night feasts.

Successful candidate will have:
⁃ A warm and charismatic personality;
⁃ A minimum of WSET level 3 or the equivalent;
⁃ Previous operational experience in a fast paced, quality restaurant environment;
⁃ Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience;
⁃ Desire to develop your career in hospitality;
