The Job Role:

The SUSHISAMBA London wine offering is beautifully hand selected, frequently revised, whilst keeping it very considered. We are now looking for a Sommelier to oversee our Wine  and  Sake complement across our European Flagship in Liverpool Street, London.

You will be the ambassador and educator for each of our guests, pairing together the most suitable wine and sake on offer whilst they dine.

Service is always at the forefront so it’s essential for you to be exceptionally welcoming, dynamic and very friendly. Our guests choose SUSHISAMBA London for a memorable experience, and you will be part of making each experience that extra special.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as Sommelier
- experience working in a fast-paced environment, similar to SUSHISAMBA.
- Customer focused - demonstrating exceptional guest service.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Have a willingness to learn and grow within the business.
- Ability to maintain and set processes and standards.
