Som saa is a Thai bar and restaurant which opened last year near Spitalfields Market in East London. We have won a string of awards and received wonderful feedback from guests. With regional Thai dishes, devilishly interesting cocktails, sublime wines and an elegantly chosen tea list, we have a lot of exciting bits and bobs up our sleeve. Most importantly though, we want to be about quality, not hype. We want to develop a reputation for employing great people and doing things the right way. Which is where you come in.
We are currently looking for a happy and warm hearted bartender to join our team. Cocktail and wine knowledge are clearly a huge plus but not absolutely essential. We are always happy to train people who want to learn. Most of all, we like to work with people who care. If you have a favourite gin, know a Martinez from a Martini or can tell us what wine you’d like to drink with Thai food, we want to hear from you. experience is good but passion is essential (as is a valid passport by the way).
