We're a property company (inventories and inspections) and are working on building a new platform that will help create better outcomes for tenants and landlords, by making it much easier to book, record and communicate the status of a property, so that things can be sorted quicker and disputes are a thing of the past.
We've been working in this field for years, so understand it really well - we just need to change the game and that's where you come in. Are you a developer (contractor or freelancer) - who can help us build phase 1 of our platform. We've done our user-research, we've got a very clear proven plan, just need to execute it now (i.e the demand is there, it would just sit on top of our existence client base - so we're not building anything that 'might have a market' - it def does). Phase 1 will just be the sign-up, booking flow and account management phase.
Ideally you have experience:
- In building elegant and scalable digital products that are used by enterprise.
- In building mobile-first products
- In integrating payments and managing user-accounts.
- In being able to think through things as a user.
- In being able to get on with things without too much hand-holding.
We're agnostic to the technology used to build this - you're the expert, so we're happy to hear your thoughts.
You'd be working from central London with our design partners, for a period of 6 months to begin with. (We're looking to recruit someone by mid-February. )
