We are seeking an experienced gardener for a full time position.
The candidate should have;
experience with hand-held garden machinery,
a basic knowledge of common hedging plants, bedding and weeds,
an eye for detail,
physical capacity for hard work,
enthusiasm to learn and progress.
A clean UK/European driving license is required and should live within 20 minutes drive from the advertised postcode.
For driving purposes, the candidate should be over 21 with a license and driving experience for at least 2 years.
Any horticultural qualifications and basic health and safety, such as CSCS, are useful.
We work in a variety of horticultural settings. Large private estates, new communal developments and private houses in north and central London.
We are focused on the long term maintenance of soft landscapes we have installed or we have taken over as failing landscapes.
We also construct from wood. We are involved with both Chelsea and Hampton Court flower shows.
We are very busy March to November and overtime is available during the peak period May and June.
We encourage training and education during the winter months.
