On-line fashion store Goddiva is looking for a talented Social Media and Marketing Co-coordinator to manage a growing social media presence as well as other marketing channels. The Social Media and Marketing Co-coordinator will have a strong interest in social media and the commercial impact it has, and be up to speed on all new and developing social media and digital innovations. The Social Media and Marketing Co-coordinator will ensure that the company’s social platforms are generating buzz and excitement, which drives new visitors to the site and ensures the brand is top of mind in new and existing markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage on-line initiatives, including websites, social media channels, and mobile applications.
• Oversee all elements of social media and ensure that all accounts including Facebook and Twitter provide a market leading experience.
• Collect and analyse sales data, using web traffic metrics such as page visits, transaction size, link popularity, click-through rates, and cost-per clicks.
• Conduct on-line marketing initiatives such as paid ad placement, affiliate programs, sponsorship programs, email promotions, and viral marketing campaigns on social media websites.
• Optimize web site exposure by analysing search engine patterns to direct on-line placement of keywords or other content.
• Collaborate with other marketing staff to integrate and complement marketing strategies across multiple sales channels.
• Communicate and collaborate with merchants, webmasters, bloggers, or on-line editors to place sales-oriented interlinks in high-traffic locations.
• Conduct financial modelling for on-line marketing programs or website revenue forecasting.
• Conduct market research analysis to identify fashion trends, market opportunities, or competitors performance.
• Create a seasonal strategy to build the brand customer base and drive traffic to the website.
• Organise seasonal content shoots, forward planning, on-line promotions, visual identity on-line.

Qualifications:

Education: 2:1 degree from a top university.
experience: 3 years of experience in social media and marketing.
Excellent writing skills, with an eye for proofreading and grammar.
Strong experience in social media management- with a good understanding of SEO.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Strong computer skills
experience with Content Management Systems and content creation.
experience analysing data, developing insights and research reports.
experience of working in a fast-moving environment with competing deadlines and priorities.
Strong project management skills
experience in fashion industry is an advantage.
