Millennium Group is looking for someone to manage 4 to 5 social media pages for Brands and Venues within the Group.
We are looking for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator to form part of our marketing team based in Essex.
Knowledge, Skills and experience Needed:
* experience of managing social media channels.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft, Excel and Powerpoint, plus InDesign/PhotoShop/Illustrator would be an advantage.
* Excellent grammar and creative writing skills.
* Strong attention to detail
* Be highly organised, have outstanding communication and project management skills.
* Oversee the development of the affiliate marketing strategy, with a particular focus on a content strategy.
* Build influencer relationships and manage strategic campaigns.
* Manage the CRM programme including database growth, life cycle targeting, automated and dynamic content as well as regular brand messaging.
* Deliver positive ROI display campaigns
* Develop and manage the Loyalty Programme.
* Define and optimise key customer segments.
* Measure and report on the success of digital marketing efforts, working with attribution models to deliver a full picture of the digital marketing funnel.
* Line management of Digital Marketing Executive.
* Manage the PPC agency to steer and execute strategy across international markets.
* Lead SEO content and optimisation strategy in-house whilst also guiding technical on-site SEO improvements with the Ecommerce Operations team.
* Oversee the development of the affiliate marketing strategy, with a particular focus on a content strategy.

Must-haves:
* 4 + Year’s online marketing experience
* An online marketer with the ability to incorporate brand marketing initiatives to deliver brand awareness.
* Proven history managing positive ROI campaigns across all Digital Marketing channels.
* Highly organised and the ability to think outside of the box.
* Desire to grow within a company
* experience in Google Anayltics and Adwords.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent time and project management skills.
