Snr Sous Chef - Two AA Brasserie - Canary Wharf - up to 30,000WHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Snr Sous Chef Establishment: Two AA Contemporary Brasserie Average Covers: 80 lunch and 150 for dinner Cuisine: modern British, with European influences Brigade: 25 within main kitchen and pastry Location: South West London (Victoria, District, Piccadilly And Circle Lines )Salary: up to 30,000k per annum (all inclusive)Shifts: 7 shifts per week Last orders: 10:00pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A competent Sous Chef who can assist with running a food led driven kitchen.* Someone who has real ambitions to develop into a head chef for potential new openings.* A chef that is well organised and can work well within a large team.* A candidate who posses great leadership skills, previous experience writing menus, costing and rotas etc.* Someone who has a proven and stable track record in a professional kitchen.* A chef that is used to large volume and can work well under pressure.* Previous experience cooking British cuisine is essential.
