Head Chef Andrew Donovan is currently looking for a Snr Chef de Partie to join the team who ideally have previous experience in a similar position in a high end London restaurant such as Boisdale.
Boisdale is a successful Scottish restaurant business with four London restaurants. Our Restaurants which incorporates live Jazz music, Private Dining Rooms, an extended variety of Whisky and Cigars to be enjoyed on our Terrace and we also select some of the finest ingredients from Scotland and England to produce signature dishes.
We are currently recruiting this position to join a brigade of 16 Kitchen members in a very busy environment.
They will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef on the daily running of the kitchen, working in various sections of the kitchen, responsible for delivering high quality food to our customers.
We serve Lunch and Dinner Monday- Friday, Dinner on Saturdays and Sunday lunch.
Being part of this busy team requires hard work, dedication and attention to detail.
The successful applicant will have extensive knowledge of food preparation methods and the ability to work with a multinational team.
All applicants must have:
• Previous experience in a similar job role within the restaurant environment
• Relevant qualification as Chef and Health and Safety qualifications is beneficial
• The successful candidate will have excellent managerial and communication skills, attention for detail
HOURS: Average 48 hours per week, may be more in busier periods
SALARY PACKAGE: Up to £26,000-28,000 (Basic pay and Service charge)
