Smoking Goat is opening this year in Shoreditch and we’re looking for the right chefs of all levels to join us.
A great opportunity to learn Northern Thai cooking from scratch. We focus on smoking, grilling and roasting over wood and charcoal, work directly with small farms and fishermen to get the freshest and best raw products available and change our short, ingredient driven menu daily, so this is a brilliant chance to learn everything from the bottom up and really contribute to a team.
We already have a strong track record of promoting from within; this year two of our chefs who started as CDP have, through their hard work, gained Head Chef roles with part ownership of the business.
