SMOKESTAK are looking for a talented individual to support the restaurant with bookings and guest services.
Working closely with the reception manager and the front of house team, the ideal candidate will have some reception and waiting experience, although full training will be given. Bookings and enquiries are constant, so the ability to manage calls/emails and exceed customer's expectations is crucial.
We are looking for somebody with a natural flare for hospitality and exceptional people skills. This role heavily supports both management and the waiters, so a composed, organised and friendly personality is key, keeping consistency and standards high at all times.
This is a hugely important role and a great package is available for the right candidate.
