SMOKESTAK are looking for a talented PASTRY/LARDER chef to join our busy 75-cover restaurant, with a 40-cover terrace and downstairs bar.
Voted by The Evening Standard's renowned restaurant critic, Fay Maschler's, as one of her top 50 restaurants, we are very proud of what we've accomplished to date and are looking for chefs to continue this vote of excellence.
Working closely with the head chef, we are looking to build, develop and groom talent. While experience is beneficial (and will determine seniority) we are really looking for somebody passionate about food and product.
We can inject knowledge but we need chefs who are willing to work hard with us. We are a small team of great chefs and everybody pulls their own weight to deliver.
What we really are after is to build our brigade with some depth with "can do" attitudes.
This is a hugely important role and a great package is available for the right candidate.
