We are looking for enthusiastic CHEF DE PARTIE and COMMIS chefs to join our 75-cover restaurant, with a 40-cover terrace and downstairs bar.
Voted by Evening Standard's renowned restaurant critic Fay Maschler's as one of her top 50 London restaurants, we are very proud of what we've accomplished to date and are looking for chefs to continue this vote of excellence.
Working closely with the head chef, we are looking to build, develop and groom talent. While experience is beneficial (and will determine seniority) we are really looking for somebody passionate about food and product with 'a real can-do attitude'.
We can instil and breed knowledge but we need people willing to toil and Graft with us. We are a small team of great cooks, everybody pulls their own weight and delivers.
We also have a string of meat/barbecue festivals and events over summer for anybody willing to step outside the restaurant, but the choice is yours. What we really are after is to build our brigade with some depth and 'can-do attitude'.
This is a hugely important role and a great package is available for the right candidate.
Benefits include:
-Competitive salary; from £22,000 to £26,000 for strong performance and experience.
- 7 shifts per week PLUS OVERTIME if you do more shifts
- A share of the company's Tronc fund.
- 28 days holiday per year.
