We are a small neighbourhood restaurant between Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith, we have a small but dedicated team. We are looking for a new chef to join our kitchen. We are an independent restaurant and we really try to nurture and to bring on our members of staff.
We are looking for someone with some kitchen experience but who, more importantly, is willing to learn and develop as a cook. If you have no prior experience or are looking at a complete career change than we would also be delighted to meet you as well. At The Brackenbury we pride ourselves on the fact that apart from the bread everything is prepared by us here. The cooking is predominantly Franco-Italian with an emphasis on getting the most out of each season.
We would like someone with decent English (both written and spoken), someone who lives not too far away; someone with am excellent sense of hygiene and most importantly a positive attitude. Other than that we would also like someone who does actually turn up to their trial shifts!
