A regular client of Greycoat Lumleys are looking for a Front of House Team member to join their Michelin Star restaurant.
You will be required to have:-
Relevant restaurant experience, ideally in Fine Dining, although not compulsory.
A good knowledge of food and wine, as well as an understanding of coffee, cocktails and bar duties.
Willingness to learn all sections of running a restaurant, including restaurant set up, close down, cleaning, laundry etc.
Be positive and conscientious, keen and well presented.
It is essential you have a good understanding of written and spoken English.
Work well in a small team
Be efficient, punctual and well presented with good attention to detail.
Be driven, committed and passionate
Salary is £19k plus tips for 6-8 shifts a week (mostly 6), Monday-Friday.
Hours are 9-5 Mon-Thursday, and 9-4/6- close Friday, which is usually 12.30 latest.
